Nose: Faint hint of vanilla along with some gentle, soft cream characteristics. Palate: Full and round with a medium bodied weight and rich, velvety texture. Some vanilla, swaying between sweet and savoury, with a hint of white pepper and spice. Finish: Good length of finish with notes of almond, clotted cream and some faint almond and Brazil nut characteristics.
The best vodkas are not served from the freezer. It’s best to appreciate Belvedere’s subtle flavours at chilled, but not frozen temperatures. Over ice neat, in a classic Martini, or as a mixed drink are all great ways to enjoy Belvedere.
Belvedere Spritz: 1 oz Belvedere, 1 oz Lillet Blanc, 2 grapefruit slices, & 1 Sprig of Thyme.
1) Fill your glass to the top with ice
2) Combine all the ingredients to the glass
3) Top up with sparkling water
4) Add the Grapefruit and Thyme garnish
