Section 1 – Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the legal age for the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the province of Ontario. No orders will be accepted from anyone under the legal drinking age in Ontario. All sales are restricted to residences of the province of Ontario. No orders will be accepted from any other  province, state, or country , and all orders are for pick up only at the store location by the purchaser, no delivery service is available .You will asked to present a recognised piece of identification to pick up your order and sign to confirm receipt of goods. All sales are final, and no returns or refunds will be permitted. The store is an independent temporary POP UP retail operation and not in any way part of the LCBO retail network nor staffed by LCBO personnel. Any Alcoholic products offered for sale have been legally sourced though the LCBO retail network with their authorisation.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You are purchasing for personal use or gifting purposes and will not resell any products either within the province of Ontario or any other province or country.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Section 2 – General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities. All orders will be on a first come first served basis until products are depleted. No rain checks.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Section 20 – Pick-Up And Return Policy

You can only collect your order at the in-store service desk at Atelier on Queen located at Mister Wolf whose address is 567 Queen Street West Main Floor, Toronto, ON M5V 2B6. There will not be any product delivery services provided. You will be advised by email when your order is ready for pick up and arrange for the time you wish do so during the normal hours of operation of the store. Owing to possible surges in demand for personalised items there may be a short waiting period to allow for the preparation of your order. You will be advised accordingly to avoid potential inconveniences.

Sales are final.
